2012 is going to be a good year, I can feel it, I believe it, I hope for it, as I do for you too! I love that feeling of starting over new, fresh, full of possibilities. 2011 was wonderful beyond my dreams and thank you for helping it be that way. I have been bowled over by the support from everyone on this journey, putting yourself out there as an emerging artist/photographer is not always easy. So bring on 2012, I’m celebrating the new year with a new 31 Day Challenge, this time I draw my inspiration from a blog by Chantelle over at Fat Mum Slim – I have been following her journey for a few years now, pop by and have a read.
Back in June 2011 I completed my first 30 Day Photo Challenge and then my second in September 2011, I’m excited to be starting my third, so check in daily on my facebook page, (♥ if you’re not a fan already I would love it if you ‘liked’ my page ♥) as I will post there every day and on my blog every 2 – 4 days. It’s only 3 sleeps till Christmas and as the year draws closer to the end I’m reflecting on a lovely shoot I did several weeks ago with Vanilla Pod Cafe. It’s much bigger than my usual post, however it was such a lovely day that I just had to sare a few of the images. Scott and Carla really do know how to create gourmet festive treats with flair! It was a lot of fun and their delicious eatable hanging decorations (my personal favourite), cup cakes, mince tarts and puddings made for a very festive and special photo shoot. I am lucky to have one of their Christmas Puddings with Brandy Sauce to serve on Christmas day. If you live in Brisbane you still have a few days to pop into their Cafe and Deli in Hamilton, to pick up a few treats to help make your day complete.
