Today was a day of chores, editing, paperwork, nursing an ill hubby 😉 All in a days work really. Well I deliberately piled it on today so tomorrow is free and full of fun, as it’s Mother’s Day here is Australia!

I stopped for a moment to enjoy being a mum, bouncing on the trampoline with my kids always makes us laugh. Plus I love the way their hair goes crazy and they smile like the world only holds fun. As my hubby said to me today, ‘quick your missing the fun’.  Before you know it (and it’s not too far away) we will not be cool enough to jump on the trampoline with anymore. 🙂

These photos were taken whilst we both bounced, the focus is off, but the energy and moment is there. I adore these images! ♥  One child, and I’m sure you can work out which may not of been in the mood to jump. Oh to be challenged and loved like only a mother can be. Wishing you hugs and love XXX Jody

A quick post today sharing a few photos I look whilst we were away in Yamba using my lensbaby. I adore playing with it and tend to only use it on personal projects. We had a lovely time away, but as usual just not enough time on the beach. 2012 Easter will be remembered for Keira loosing her 5th tooth since Christmas. I hope you had an enjoyable break. I’m off now to enjoy the last day we have at home with Daddy. May you enjoy yours too. X Love Jodes

Tomorrow is Good Friday and the beginning of the Easter break for many of us! Some of you will celebrate it in a week, and some of you not at all, whatever your beliefs and your traditions I hope you are safe and happy with the people you love. I would like to share this personal set of photos from our youngest daughter’s Easter Parade at school. The children had rehearsed for weeks, most of them were very excited, and I think it’s fair to say that every single parent was beaming with pride. The morning will be remembered for it’s fun, singing, dancing and poems. Wait….. let’s not forget those hats made by hand and oozing love, creativity and so much glitter you could build yourself a pretty big disco ball.

A massive thank you to the teachers that put so much time into our little munchkins and for helping to make their first term at school so special. I’d also like to thank Auntie and Nanna for making the trip up to support Sienna!

May your Easter egg hunt be full of adventure and your weekend brimming with love and relaxation. Thank you for popping by, I really do love that you have! Enjoy XXX Jody

  • Tamara - Gorgeous! Look how happy she is dancing and sitting down at the table! Love them! xtReplyCancel

It’s Easter break here is Brisbane and I’m finding it wonderful to just hang out with my girls, if only Daddy was here too, then it would be perfect! Feeling very blessed indeed.

Recently I had the absolute pleasure of photographing this beautiful Brisbane based family – they oozed joy and loved just hanging out with each other and thankfully me too!!!!! It was a lot of fun! I love how the girls were so natural and really up for our time together – they played, laughed, ran, tumbled and had a fabulous time. We all walked away at the end of our day with big smiles and hearts full of life. Thank you for letting me share the time with you. I feel very privileged to do what I do and love it so much, truly thank you!

May you all get some good quality family lovin over the coming Easter weekend. I hope to have a special post up before we pop away on a short break until then, love your loved ones, and I hope they return the love in spades xxx Jodes
